Heritage Pork

We raise heritage breed pigs including Berkshires, Large Black Hogs and Blackshires (Berkshire x LBH).  We have spring piglets annually. Our pigs are pasture raised on grass. (photos below). Piglets not sold as breed stock are raised for pork.  As these young pigs grow up we will have we will have a variety of pork and cuts available as well as whole pigs, shoats and roasting pigs.    Berkshires are considered gourmet pork known for being most flavorful with the most perfect combination of juiciness, flavor and
tenderness.   All the pork we offer is grown and raised on our farm.   Our pigs are processed at a Certified Humane facility and USDA Inspected for resale. 


Our pork has been featured at the Specialty Pork and Pinot dinners held at Wildfire Restaurant in Tysons Corner, Harth Restaurant in McLean, Hilton - McLean, Town Hall, Ris Restaurant and Magnolia’s at the Mill.
