Pasture Raised Lamb For The Table

Corriedales are a dual purpose sheep.  While they are highly desirable for their wool and it’s quality, they serve equally as well as a meat producer.  Wool breed sheep are known to have a more mild and delicate taste and are therefore often the preferred choice.  Various cuts of lamb are readily available for sale as well as a whole lamb.  Below is a sampling of available cuts other cuts can be made available. Shares of lamb are also available.  Our lamb and sheep are pasture raised and grass fed.  Antibiotic and hormone free.  Our lamb is processed to order in a local facility that is certified humane.  Contact us to order.
